The offer, audience and angles. The hooks that make the right person pay attention, and a clear reason to act.
You've got content going out. Offers to promote. Another opening coming up. But when someone asks what marketing is doing to bring people in, you need more than a busy content calendar.
Give us the brief. We'll take care of the campaign.

The launch date won't move. The offer needs to work in every location. Your team is already stretched. And you're the one who has to explain where the budget went.
So you chase the edit. Rewrite the caption. Wonder if the hook is strong enough. And hope the person who comments “interested” actually gets a reply.
Then a competitor opens down the road. There's a queue outside. Someone drops their Instagram into the group chat.
You don't need another thing to manage.
You need a campaign you can feel confident putting your name to.
Huddle Duck is your specialist advertising partner. We plan, write, build and manage your campaigns, working alongside your marketing team.
The offer, audience and angles. The hooks that make the right person pay attention, and a clear reason to act.
What the video looks like. What the voiceover says. The captions, copy and CTA. A proper plan for the whole ad.
What someone receives when they comment a keyword or send a DM. The reply, the offer and the next step, thought through together.
Creative built from your supplied content. Facebook and Instagram campaigns launched, managed and optimised across your locations.
Keep showing up between campaigns. SuperPulse local awareness is included, keeping your brand in front of people around your locations.
INCLUDEDThese are outcomes clients reported from campaigns we worked on. Different briefs, different results.
A local audience built before opening. The client reported selling out for weeks afterwards.
Pre-launch awareness for the Newcastle opening, as the brand grew from one site to five.
A campaign and enquiry flow built around the next stage of the brand's growth.

£42a day.
Or £1.75 an hour.
One fee for all your locations. Billed monthly, plus VAT. Daily and hourly figures use a 31-day month.
They come back. They bring their mates. Their mates bring family. If five new regulars each bring four people, and those people each bring two more, here's where you could end up.
£20 spent each visit
3 visits per person, per month
£10 left after the cost of each order
That could cover a whole year of our fees.
All starting with five people who loved what you do.
Based on the visits and referrals above. Before VAT, ad spend and your day-to-day running costs.
Five new regulars join in month one. Each brings four friends in month two. Those twenty each bring two more in month three. That makes 65 regulars.
The first five visit for 12 months, the next twenty for 11 months and the final forty for 10 months. At three visits a month, that is 2,040 visits. With £10 left after the cost of each order, that leaves £20,400. A year of our fees is £15,600.
This needs those people to keep visiting and recommending you. What you actually earn depends on how often they return, who they bring and how much you make on each order. VAT, ad spend and day-to-day running costs are separate.
Looking for franchisees? We can run those campaigns too. If one new franchisee brings in £20,000 after your costs, that one deal covers a year of our fees.
completed franchise sale
It has to be a completed sale. Your franchise fee and costs decide what's left.
With local ads, we choose the area, test what gets attention and put more of your budget behind what works.
Here's what £100 buys at the rates below. Actual costs vary.
At £5 per 1,000 views.
At 10p per leaflet, printed and delivered.
At £20 per 1,000 estimated views.
These rates are for the maths, not live quotes or past results. Ad views, leaflet deliveries and estimated billboard views count different things. They don't tell you how many people will buy. This is the media budget only. Our fee is separate.
One specialist partner for the planning, creative and campaign management. Across every location.
Ad spend is separate, paid directly to Meta.

Authorisation first. Strategy call next.
Future payment details confirmed before collection.
No. This step sets up the authorisation only. It shows us you're ready to move forward. Message us afterwards and we'll arrange the strategy call. The amount and timing of any future payment will be confirmed before it is taken.
Your goals, your locations, the offer you want to promote, the people you want to reach and the content you already have. We use that brief to build the campaign plan.
The campaign idea, audience, hooks, ad copy, video direction, voiceover scripts, captions and calls to action. Where the campaign uses a comment keyword or DM, we also plan what the person receives and where the conversation goes next.
The £1,300 + VAT monthly fee covers Huddle Duck's service. Your advertising budget is separate and paid directly to Meta through your own ad account. We'll discuss the budget around your goals and locations.
We build ads from your existing or newly supplied photos and footage, and give you clear creative direction. Fresh filming, day-to-day social posting and Meta account setup or troubleshooting are separate from this service.
Yes. The monthly service fee covers all your locations. We can work on offers, new openings, franchise enquiries and recruitment, depending on your priorities. Always-on local awareness through SuperPulse is also included.
No. It's £1,300 + VAT per month, month to month. You can cancel at any time. The service fee is paid monthly in advance, with no minimum tie-in beyond the month paid for.

When you recommend someone to work with your brand, you’re lending them a little of your own credibility. You’ve told the team this is a good decision. You’ve put your name beside it. I take that seriously.
There are things a proposal can’t tell me. The campaign that looked fine on paper but caused a headache internally. The tone your founder hates. The branch that needs a little more care. The promise you’ve already made to your team.
I want to hear those things.
Tell me when a line feels wrong. Tell me what your team is nervous about. Tell me where a previous experience made you cautious. Those details help me understand what doing a good job actually means for you.
You should feel comfortable asking why we’ve chosen an angle, where the work has got to, or what we’re learning from a campaign. I want the conversation to be that straightforward.
If that sounds like a working relationship you’d value, you can take the first step here (opens GoCardless in a new tab). Setting up the Direct Debit takes no payment at this stage.
You know the order people come back for. The little detail they mention at the counter. The reason a regular brings their cousin in on a Saturday and says, “You’ve got to try this.”
That is useful material.
When we talk, bring the things that feel too ordinary to put in a marketing brief. The question customers keep asking. The dish you think deserves more attention. The bit of the experience your best people make special without even thinking about it.
Those details give us somewhere honest to start. They help us write something that belongs to your business and gives the right local person a reason to care.
I want you to recognise your brand in the work. Your team should recognise it too. The words, the pace and the personality all matter, because someone arriving after seeing an ad still has to meet the real business.
That’s why we start with a proper conversation. Your knowledge of the business is part of what makes the work good.
You don’t need to arrive with a polished brief or pretend you’ve got every answer. “We know this location should be doing better” is a useful place to begin. So is “We’ve got an offer, but we haven’t worked out how to sell it.”
Tell me what you need the campaign to do. Tell me the limits we need to work within. And if something doesn’t sit right as we work through it, say so.
Good feedback is a sign that you care about the business. I want to make it easy for you to give it. That’s how we get closer to work you feel comfortable sharing with the people whose opinion matters to you.
I want to earn your next brief. The one after this campaign. The next opening. The idea you mention before it’s fully formed because you trust us to help think it through.
That’s the kind of relationship I want Huddle Duck to build with your team.
If you can picture us working together like that, set up your Direct Debit (opens GoCardless in a new tab) and send us your business name. We’ll arrange the strategy call from there.
